About Us   >>   Our History

Arogen Pty Ltd is a private company marked by strong family involvement.  Fundamental family values are instilled in all aspects of our company.  We have a commitment to long standing relationships with clients, employees, suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.

Arogen started as part of a group of private companies, each with its own cycle of growth, each with a unique corporate culture and a depth of management that supported autonomy and competition. Together we created a superior work force, a large fleet of fit-for-purpose machinery and a growing portfolio of commercial, residential and rural properties. Each added to the group’s viability. Since the beginning, our business strategy has focused on three critical elements: diversity, grouped financial strength and people.

Originally located at Wyee and later in Maitland, in March 2008 Arogen relocated its headquarters to Kurri Kurri to take advantage of its ideal geographical location.

2007 marked the emergence of Arogen’s corporate image and the fruition of long-term industry relationships. Arogen’s already considerable depth in multiple infrastructure projects and advances in trenchless technology was supplemented by partnerships, alliances and joint ventures with industry partners. Adding to our skill, knowledge and financial capability, these industry relationships offer additional dimension in the delivery of quality infrastructure.

Since our beginning we have stood by our core values of safety, efficiency and reliability. Guided by the knowledge and expertise of a highly-professional management team, a skilled work force and an acceptance of nothing less than superior works by our owners, Arogen has achieved phenomenal growth since the new millennium in line with the restructuring of its processes and corporate governance.

Inspired by a dream of superior works, nurtured by a determination to succeed and dedicated to evolving to develop key capabilities, Arogen is the company it is today … a company built to last.
