• Prepares the construction scope of works and methodology that complies with identified controls,
• Prepares the project safety and environmental management plans,
• Prepares resource, plant and material schedules and lists and prepares the construction program. All activities are identified and time-lined in the project plan to determine the critical path. This guarantees both Arogen and the client are focused and committed to project objectives
